It is also beneficial in terms of SEO and getting your listing as high up the Google search engine rankings as possible. For example, you may want to dedicate part of your description to talking about your outdoor area, from the size of the garden, if you have a pool, and what outdoor furniture is available, to the greenhouse polycarbonate glazing you have had installed. Talk about all of the features that your property has so that people can get a true feel for what it is like.
